Blazing Saddles Adventures:

Cancellations 24-48 hours prior to date of travel - 50% refund. We regret to advise that there are no refunds for cancellations less than 24hours prior to date of travel.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett:

Bungy & Minjin: Before registration - Full refund / After registration - No refund Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Western Travel Bug:

* non arrival or less than 72 hours notice before departure - no refund * more than 72 hours notice before departure - 25% non commissionable refund * cancellation fees apply as soon as Western Travel Bug accept/confirm reservation

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

HARTLEYS CROCODILE ADVENTURES:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Segway Xperiences:

Will provide a voucher valid for 6 months or a full refund if cancellation weather related; 20% cancellation fee is applicable.

Adventure Moreton Island:

If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Spirit of Cairns:

No refund for cancellations received within 24hrs of travel date.

Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
