Cancellations:
Any bookings cancelled within 72 hours of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge at the tour operators discretion.
A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for FIT passengers cancelling within 24 hours of departure.
A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for groups (10 or more pax) cancelling within 72 hours of departure.
Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:
100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.
Balloon Aloft Sydney:
We must have 4 confirmed passengers for a flight to be scheduled. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings cannot be changed or cancelled within 10 days of flying.
REEF DAYTRIPPER:
All persons travelling aboard Reef Daytripper to the Great Barrier Reef marine park are subjected to $15.00 levies.
24 hours cancellation notice is required for groups of 4 persons or less without charge. For groups exceeding 4 persons, 48 hours notice is required without charge.

Some medical conditions may prevent you from diving. Please read the medical questionnaire for Resort Diving. If you find you have any of the medical conditions listed and you answer yes to any question, a dive medical complying with current Queensland standards should be arranged at the earliest convenience.
Kuranda Scenic Railway:
Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.
Segway Xperiences:
Will provide a voucher valid for 6 months or a full refund if cancellation weather related; 20% cancellation fee is applicable.
Whitsundays Sailing Adventures:
Prices are based on multi-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include airfares. Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of full price. We reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason. We recommend you take out travel insurance.
Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control. All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion.
At certain times of year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Snorkel Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise.
Whitsundays Sailing Adventures.com and its related bodies corporate, its officers, employees and agents is not the owner or operator of any vessel on which passengers sail.
Accordingly, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any of its sailing adventures, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Bell Tower, Home of the Swan Bells, Perth:
•Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
•Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
•Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
North Queensland Wildscapes:
24 hours no refund unless due to extreme weather conditions
48 hours full refund less booking fee of 20%
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Western Australia:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Admission only:
No charge - however advice given prior to or on the day of travel is required for cancellations.
Package/Combination products:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Australian Surf Tours:
1. Australian Surf Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour and in this case an alternative tour will be rescheduled or a full refund provided.
2. Any cancellations within seven days of the commencement of the tour will incur 100% cancellation fee.
Explore Group:
If you cancel more than 48hours prior to the cruise, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 48hours and 24hours prior there is a 50% fee.
If you cancel within 24hours of your tour or are a no show on the day there is a 100% fee.
