Full refund only applies with 24 hours notice of date adjustment or cancellation.

Adventure Company:

The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier. All monies forfeited if passenger cancelling less than 48 hours prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled by the operator, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

Jungle Tours:

Day Tour Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Tour of 2 or more days, cancelled within 72hrs of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cairns Adventure Group:

50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure

Daintree Tours:

A refund is not provided for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure. Amendments to bookings may be made without charge up to 48hrs prior to departure, subject to availability.

Barefoot Tours:

24 hours cancellation policy applies

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Eco Safaris Queensland:

Cancellation Fee: Within 48 hours – 20% of fee, within 24 hours – 100% of fee PLUS any fee incurred by activities ESQ books with external companies.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Gold Coast:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for any booking cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellations fees of 100% may apply to a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
