100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Cancellations received within 48hrs of travel will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Spirit of Freedom:

An AUD$100 cancellation fee applies from time of booking to 61 days prior to departure. 20% cancellation fee applies with less than 60 Days Notice 100% cancellation fee applies with 21 days or Less Notice All passengers are strongly advised to travel with Travel Insurance that covers for Trip Cancellation and Scuba Diving Evacuation & Medical cover.

Jungle Adventures:

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

Kuranda Scenic Railway:

Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.

Segway Xperiences:

Will provide a voucher valid for 6 months or a full refund if cancellation weather related; 20% cancellation fee is applicable.

McLeod Tours:

Terms and Conditions: For cancellations 30 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 10 per cent cancellation fee. For cancellations 16 to 29 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 per cent cancellation fee. For cancellations within 15 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 per cent cancellation fee.

Whitsundays Sailing Adventures:

Prices are based on multi-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include airfares. Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of full price. We reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason. We recommend you take out travel insurance. Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control. All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion. At certain times of year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Snorkel Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise. Whitsundays Sailing Adventures.com and its related bodies corporate, its officers, employees and agents is not the owner or operator of any vessel on which passengers sail. Accordingly, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any of its sailing adventures, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

24 hours no refund unless due to extreme weather conditions 48 hours full refund less booking fee of 20%

Skydive Mission Beach:

A 100% cancellation fee will apply to confirmed bookings cancelled by you within 48 hours of actual jump date! Rescheduling of your booking within 48 hours incurs a $110 fee!

Whitsunday Segway Tours:

Prices are inclusive of GST and National Park management fees which help fund assistance to keep the National Park beautiful. Cancellations made after 6pm the night before or ‘no show’ may incur a 100% charge. Management reserves the right to change or limit tour itinerary or times in extreme weather conditions. Cancellation by management is unlikely but if necessary clients will be offered an alternative day (if available) or full refund. Liability: Clients should note that riding a Segway involves some risk. While we make every effort to safeguard our clients we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of the clients which are beyond our control. Rider weight restrictions of between 45 and 117kg and age restrictions of 12 years old and above apply. A signed release will be required from all participants before riding the Segways. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to commencement of the tour. Segway riders must be free of alcohol and other substances which may impair judgement and be able to stand unaided. You do not need any prior experience to participate in any activities on the Segway Tours.

Skedaddle:

100% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of booked departure, which includes any factors beyond your/our control and also includes but is not limited to: medical issues, airline or transport delays, bad weather etc (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Please be aware no show, no refund. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Skedaddle, the company or the captain of the day reserves the right at any time, without compensation, to alter, change or cancel without notice any: Service provided, the tour, part of the tour, the destinations, use only one destination, use a different vessel or any matter or thing. Due in part or in whole but not restricted to: Adverse Weather, strong winds, medical issues (yours or others), mechanical problems or any matter that may affect the safety of a passenger or passengers or the safe operation of the tour or any other problem or issue. Skedaddle is a lot of fun, fast exhilarating exciting ride! But NOT for everyone. NOT SUITABLE for the frail, elderly, young, bad backs, recent operations or injuries, or those who are pregnant. Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
