Tour Description
Winter is the season of the ‘whalesong’ at Tangalooma, with over 20,000 expected to pass by Moreton Island on their annual migration. From the comfort of Australia’s largest, purpose built whale watching vessel we invite you to encounter these gentle giants up close and in their natural environment.
Start your day with a cruise from Brisbane across to Moreton Island. After a brief stop at Tangalooma Island Resort, jump back on board the boat as you head out into Moreton Bay to search for whales. Spend approximately 3 hours observing the incredible whales, and enjoy a light lunch on board the vessel too.
After returning to Tangalooma Island Resort, join the "Discover the World of Dolphins" presentation before heading back to Brisbane at 4pm.
